Florida Plants Online Garden Store catalog merchandise is shipped to you directly from the manufacturer, artisan, grower, or publisher. We process and forward your order. In the case of custom crafted items, motorfreight items, or furniture, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date for customer events, building schedules, or other exact deadlines.

General delivery time on featured merchandise is 2-6 weeks , 8 weeks for furniture, large fountains, stone statuary, and siteware. Some Shorea Garden furniture is boxed and available for immediate delivery, but requires assembly by the customer. Please allow 4 weeks for Tile Address Plaques. Felco products require 4 weeks for delivery. Aquatic plants are shipped in the appropriate season of harvest.

Domestic
Items weighing 70 lbs. or less are usually shipped via UPS unless oversized. Items in one piece weighing more than 70 lbs are usually shipped RESIDENTIAL MOTOR FREIGHT.

Large stone fountains, stone planters, and statuary may require additional LIFTGATE SERVICE at time of delivery. Total charges for such items must be quoted on an individual basis and a representative will have to contact you before completing the order. Your order will not be processed until you approve by EMAIL a final quote provided by the store.

Books- these charges vary with each publisher but range 3.00 per book and up
On the above items, the shipping and handling amount is programmed into the shopping cart total. If you are ordering books by mail, please call or EMAIL for the shipping charges to include with your payment.

Express Shipping
For books and certain ready made decor you may request express or other shipping and we will provide a quote for the difference in actual shipping charges. Please send express shipping requests by EMAIL. Please note that custom finished and certain other handcrafted items cannot be "expressed" and are only available as indicated in the product description.

Canada
Shipping quotes are obtained on an individual basis. Buyer must pay the customs charges. Your order will not be processed until you approve by EMAIL a final quote provided by the store.

Alaska and Hawaii
Shipping quotes are obtained on an individual basis. Your order will not be processed until you approve by EMAIL a final quote provided by the store.

International
Regular bookrate shipping and handling charges of $15.00 U.S. for international book orders are automatically programmed into the shopping cart total. Books shipped bookrate take 4-8 weeks to arrive. With express shipping books will arrive in 7-14 days. The additional charge for express shipping is $10.00 U.S. Please EMAIL if you require express shipping and the additional charge will be added.

International shipping charges on items other than books are quoted on an individual basis. Your order will not be processed until you approve by EMAIL a final quote provided by the store.
