Ordering Information
Occasionally a
customer service representative may have to furnish you with specific
delivery

information on the order form may delay processing.

Please expect 2-6 weeks for book delivery.
Regular shipping and handling is programmed into the shopping cart total. The shipping cost varies with each publisher; the average charge is $3.00-$4.00. Sales tax to be paid by residents of Florida is automatically calculated into the order total.
Alaska and Hawaii
Books are sent Global Priority to Alaska
and Hawaii. The rates are the same as for international shipping below:

bookrate shipping and handling charges of $15.00 U.S. for international book orders
are automatically programmed into the shopping cart total. Books shipped bookrate
take 4-8 weeks to arrive. With express shipping books will arrive in 7-14 days.
