Re: The 1978 Price of Tomatoes
Dear Mr. Disney:
How things have changed since the days I was a delightful little girl and you were the luminary, if not God of both television and silver screen! Now, remembering the cigarette in your elegant, artistic hand I realize you were quite human. Even you were trapped, by the same outfit which pushes booze, toxic drugs, candy, Pepsi, Fritos, the amazing lamb and pig-fattening soybean and industrial by-products as staples of our diets.
I haven't actually been able to afford Walt Disney World since the 1980's, and definitely not Disney Channel, cable television or orange juice. But I remember once viewing an entrancing Disney scale model of our agricultural future, where slim highly educated technicians in white jumpsuits managed mega- farms from control towers. There they operated the complex consoles of astonishing machinery, easy feats of manufacturing for our giants International Harvester or U.S. Krupp Steel, to cleanly, efficiently produce nutritious food for mankind.
Yet what long shadows that wonderful world of agriculture casts on today's tobacco roads, where convictions in Florida for human slavery are status quo. Most intriguing is the fact that the wages of the tomato picker were fixed in 1978, the year Shamrock Holdings was founded "to invest large family portfolios, including Disney family holdings," which was also the year Zapata Fuels, Louisville, in Federal Land Bank District 4, was incorporated.
Plus, yesterday I noticed while researching in a typically stale smelling Florida Winn-Dixie store, produce labeled "Walt Disney Farms." This is interesting because I have tracked the mergers of chain food stores in Florida which have resulted in a residue of just two primary entities surviving Florida's comparatively short history of settlement, and they know who they are. On top of this, if we in Florida wish to eat non-poisonous and nutritious food we must pay extra, at the "wholesome food" location.
There is much to be learned researching the family of corporations which end in X for their obscured genealogies, including CSX, USX, TTX, ReMAX (formerly XAMeR), AMEX, and PUBLIX. In the case of the latter, its history states, "In 1940, George Jenkins mortgaged an orange grove he had acquired during the Depression for a down payment on his dream store - Florida's first supermarket."
Can you believe that by just mortgaging a foreclosed orange grove a humble little man man wiped out every grocer in the state? I don't believe it, Mr. Disney, because of the many other things which are starting to become clear- things your beautiful imaginary world screened from the post-War Pepsi generation as we crouched beneath our school desks for Civil Defense drills. No affront to Peter Pan, I have decided to let the childish imaginary world go, to find out once and for all, why when we search the Secretary of State we find information to the contrary of what is told about Publix to the public.

The true story is that the predecessor entity existed in Florida before the land boom, after the crash and through the Depression. There has been also in the Publix past, Publix Theatres (1926) Publix Shoe Stores (1928) Publix Television Corporation (1957) and Publix Oil Company (Florida 5/13/1963) complemented by the California 11/18/1963 incorporation of Publix Markets, Inc.. Now this is the kind of puzzle which gets my carefully cultivated by none other than you, Mr. Disney, imagination into high gear.
Firstly, just what sort of "family" holdings were pooled in 1978? Is it possible some of the families were holding things for unseen, even unknown partners? I have a few tomatoes for your partners in soy, the Shoaffs, Lincolneers whose magic kingdom reaches from Vero Beach, Florida, to Venice, Florida, to Fort Wayne, Indiana where Tom Shoaff employed Grandfather's lawyer Moorhead. Grandfather's estate, which contained District 4 Farm Loan Bonds and Home Owners Loan Corporation Bonds converted to U.S. Treasury Notes Series 1965-1976 completely disappeared from federal, state and county records 1960-1968 while under Moorhead control. I don't mean Grandfather's assets were squandered or bilked, but that records were lost or destroyed while the bonds purchased to pay estate taxes were never redeemed for that purpose, instead filtered to and joined with a centrally controlled old national family underground of tax-exempt securities which began in the Great Depression.
Somehow, in 1966 when Grandfather died, Grandfather's cousin (by marriage) Max, a Fort Wayne lawyer and a North Americaneer, got an interest free $6 million dollar loan from Fort Wayne National Bank for North American Van Lines (in Moody's). Then he sold NAVL to Pepsi as Fort Wayne munis held by intermittently controlled-by-Shoaff Fort Wayne banks got a tremendous shot in their Lincoln national armpits (1968). Though having sold North American Van Lines once to Pepsico in 1968, Max sold it again to Norfolk Southern Corporation in 1985 just prior to the Shamrock Capital acquisition of Central Soya.
Before long it was 1998, and Norfolk Western Railroad merged into Norfolk Southern Railroad, and Norfolk Southern, which had become "Agricultural Financial Systems" sold NAVL to Clayton, Dubilier, & Rice (Hertz 1918).
Are you perceiving the pattern? We are in an "08" year, on the same train as Brown Brothers Harriman & Co (1818) to Walt Disney Productions, a.o.i. 1938. That is when Grandfather's company The Suburban Building Company of Fort Wayne Indiana was incorporated, September 1938, and when Loft, Inc. acquired Pepsi. The Federal National Mortgage Association, Arthur Andersen, auditors, was also chartered in 1938. (Grandfather and his father were farmers turned 1920's real estate men, contemporaries of real estate man Raymond Disney: in 1922 Grandfather was elected Secretary of the Fort Wayne Board of Realtors, incorporated 1908).

So it follows, that the very apples Johnny Appleseed sowed across the state of Indiana are now also a product of "Disney Gardens," distributed by Imagination Farms LLC, Indianapolis. And equally so that Washington Mutual Bank, now a 2008 disaster, was incorporated the same day as AG INDUSTRIAL LOAN COMPANY : 601 N.W. SECOND STREET , EVANSVILLE, IN 47708 , 12/27/1988 just one 10-year bond cycle after the Shamrock pooling of large family portfolios, or should I say large family portions?
While it is very difficult for American officials, bankers, economists, financiers and the lot of other fancy dressers to understand, figure out, and much less explain, so they say, it is short work for a good Imagineer to see a Pyramid and Ponzi has been made of the United States Treasury. Isn't this why the pyramid is on the back of our U.S. dollar? It has always been a great Harriman and Fleming scheme that after so many 10-year bond cycles, 21-year leases, and 99-year leases, long organized since the beginning of railroad, bridge, and dam construction, into financial "systems," every commodity and resource in America could eventually become theirs to lord over in a proper tenant society.
It is lamented now that the legislation and regulation which kept these people under check at the turn of the last century seems to have vanished. Nevertheless it was back then when the group decided that it would be less trouble overall if they were to become the government rather than remain subject to popular law anyhow.
Since you died in December 1966, Mr. Disney, just 13 days after Grandfather died, I like to believe, like a child believes in Father Christmas, that you had no way of knowing, nor would have ever consented to allowing the Disney portfolio to be enjoined in 1978 with 1968 assets of Nazi War criminals like Alfried von Bohlen und Halbach Krupp, who was conveniently pardoned with the assistance of a director of Continental Can Co.
Yet, considering what transpired in 1968 in the Shoaff banking and insurance district prior to the 1978 "founding" of Shamrock Holdings leading to the Central Soya acquisition, along with what now clearly appears to be a central takeover of the food supply, its production, transport, packaging, bottling, canning, wholesaling and retailing, it seems this might have been the case.
For it was as well a Krupp trick to bankrupt his enterprises while remaining personally wealthy, threatening to crash every bank in Germany if the government did not extend loans which of course no one else in Europe would have been able to obtain. However, it was a W.A. Harriman trick, in 1931 with the failure of Kreditanstalt, Austria to be ensconced as director of the Austrian Discount Company, Niederoesterreichische Escompte-Gesellschaft, Vienna, when Dr. Arthur Krupp was director of the Austrian Society of Credit for Commerce, Oesterreichische Credit-Anstalt Fuer Handel Und Gewerbe. Historians have written that the Kreditanstalt bank failure is what propelled Hitler into power.
September 29, 2008
People are talking about regulations which were unfortunately lost in the 1990's, my dearest Mr. Disney, in a typical invention of the North Americaneers and Lincolneers to distract the public from the truth about how they sanctified their industrial idol Krupp with the Disney logo and led Americans one giant step closer to domination by an old fascist regime. For, there is hardly a place for such an alliance in the family entertainment business- with an empire built on mass slavery, babies taken from mothers, starving workers, and gassing senior family members. What better place to hide one of the most detestable relics of the greatest generation than behind the all-American Father of Wholesomeness, Walt Disney?
Time is on the side of the outfit holding the 999-year leases and publishing the schoolbooks stored in school book depositories. Always laying in wait behind some aura of strength and good, their insurance/trust companies making inexplicable mistakes fueling financial disasters coupled with war time manufactures have run roughshod over the public further back than anyone can recall.
Imagine the world's greatest butchers, slave drivers, polluters, poisoners, assassins, liars and thieves united in one happy family portfolio, which controls and manipulates transportation, agriculture, food, fuels, medicines, chemicals, minerals, weapons production, banking, insurance, real estate, and government! It is now more than a trifle scarier than hiding under my desk in first grade, in case an atom bomb is dropped. But, in those days, we Mouseketeers didn't yet bring our own guns and knives to school.
